    @AlexB - obviously there is money involved. The costs, which are clearly set out in the article, are actually very reasonable. These guys aren't Evesham, they just used to work for Evesham. They have no obligation to Evesham's customers, and are providing a valuable service, for which they should be paid.

    hmmm, I used to work for that bunch of jesters building computers, can I start offering tech support now then? With a sledgehammer?
