All I am hoping for is an Intel mATX mobo with Quad support and two x16 PCI-E slots >_< but seeing how I am using a G33 right now although I have a 2900xt depending on these boards I will probably update to the G45 depending on what else might have improved on those boards.

Who said HTPC's are dead? I'm building one now.
It would be really great to have an IGP that could fully offload h264 and vc1 processing. At 130 bucks now, that xbox360 hd-dvd drive is fairly affordable.

HD-HTPCs, cause getting HD audio with HDCP out is a bit of a bitch.

Well its not that its the software, most of the software out there that play HD and Blu-Ray cant handle the HD audio and it gets downgraded to like 192 or less >_<
