I've been really busy @ work, thats why I didn't update this project

Some "better" sketchs i've done for V2.0:

The red brick it's the pico projector.

What do you think about a ZOTAC GeForce® GT 240 AMP!® Edition + ZOTAC ION ITX F "gaming" rig?

nice work on this case man!! although i'm not using the ion, i still like the zotac build. Currently using the geforce 9300 itx-wifi, and no problems so far.

    @Geowal19
I work for a company that makes sieves. So tonnes of scrap mesh (stainless steel of course :))
You want some? I don't pay for postage either, so i can send you some. What size you looking for? No guarantees, but i'll definitely see what i can find. Such a shame to see it scrapped. I almost cry everytime i walk past the bin.

If you'd reconsider the possibility for another (a.k.a. separate-from-pump-top) reservoir, you could free enough space above the pump that there'd be room to put the fans in the inside of the case. Makes it more compact that way. But this is just a suggestion, based on your scetches - I don't know how that would play out in real life.

Glad to see you ran with my wish and tried to ft the fans inside the case. It just looks so much more clean, I think.

Oh, and those fans just look perfect. I'm definately getting 6 of them for my next mod (colour scheme: white w./red trimmings and chrome details) - too bad they're so god damn expensive, but sometimes it's just worth it, hehe.

Time for an update, hardware is on it's way :D

    Ioncito v 2.0
I'm starting the case over again to fix some details I don't like from the first build, and now I can show you how I built the frame.

    This is what I ordered:
EVGA GeForce GT 240 SuperClocked, it's a bit larger than the Zotac GT240.. but it's more powerful:

    ZOTAC IONITX-F-E Intel Atom 330:

Some old scrap alu, mesh and angle:

    Manual miter saw:

First angle profile with some 45° cuts:

    Both profiles with mirror cuts:

This cut is for curving the top bezel:

And these are for the 90° angles:

Beautiful bends nice craftsmanship! How did you get such precise bends? Did you bend the curve around something or is it all free hand? The Logo is a nice touch too. Keep up the good work.

Since this V2.0 is a "gaming version", it's a bit larger:
