Have *-park simulation games been going constantly downhill since RCT3?

Having Jeff Goldblum involved is just a beautifully eccentric cherry on top.

 

Well, I'm sold.

 

I'd bet money on the fact that "Dinosaurs" was the sole reason they thought this would sell well and most likely the whole reason the idea got off the ground and into production in the first place. It is just a shame that it is what people who have been following Frontier Developments latest games expected, a rather shallow game full of mobile game style busy work and very little actual park management.

That being said I've no doubt that I will play this, but it will be in the future when the price comes down and any bugs are fixed.

 

Yep, it is definitely the only reason they can get away with what is a mediocre game, although maybe there is hope it will become better with the movie being a stinker they may have an incentive to update the game since the movie will probably have derailed the hype train a bit so maybe they'll add some more depth to try to sell on merit...

 

Rick, you could have omitted the first three paragraphs of cutesy fluff. People who click on this review already know what they want to read about and don't need to be teased into it. And it doesn't bring any useful info - it's just an annoying skip-over.
