    I don't think that was just driven by boredom...

    Do you set the frequency that the sound activated module responds to?

    Do you have a picture of that room normal?

    I just got one of those sound activated modules that control the cold cathodes and used it to control the LED strings I put up. I can change the sensitivity so it turns on on different volumes. I've noticed its more sensitive to bass so thats why I had a song with a good beat playing. Ill put a picture of the room up normal.

    LED strings? Wouldn't that cost a lot for all those LEDs. This might be easier to do with christmas lights. Anyone want to try :D

    Argh I swear you people just want to see my messy room :D. I bought 50 5mm 6000mcd LED's for 9.99 with resistors off some guy in hong kong on ebay. The sound activation module cost 4.95 and the wire and PSU I had lying around. Ill go take a picture today and post it.

    (its my friends bandwith BTW, MUWHAHAHA)

    soo cool
    you should make a computer case completly out of leds... that would be cool

    I calculated that a cubeical case about 45cm x 45cm x45 cm would need 20000LEDs... and cost around 1000 us.
