    So samsung makes extra money from colluding, then decides to give evidence and as such avoids any fines whilst ensuring that it's partners in crime and competitors take a hit? :|

    just like all price fixing, after they get found out, they pay a fine and now legally sell their products still at the inflated illegal price...

    Yes, but justice has been served because all the consumers, whom the European Court of Justice protects have gotten refunds for the extra money th.... oh.
