Motors My first car! Come take a peek! *any other mini's welcome*

Few of you know (if you've gawped in the 'show us what you drive!' thread) that when I passed me test on valentines day I inherited mums new micra as my daily drive. Well, today I got my 18th birthday present a month and a half early....











2000 W reg Mini Cooper. 1275cc, 22k, black with white roof and bonnet stripes.
He has a leather interior, with wallnut dash - chromey bumpers, lovely clear lense light thingies and alarm/immobiliser.

I have called him Pedro, due to his number plate 'OLA!'

quite possibly the best way to wake up on a dreary monday morning... drive a mini somewhere.... mine never failed to make me smile!

That's very nice, i just hope you don't have an accident in it (especially on the motorway - i've seen mini's completely destroyed in even minor motorway-speed accidents.)
Personally, i'm very jealous - the 2nd build edition (so to speak) mini's are supposed to be fantastic - the same size as the old one, with quality and class thrown in!

 

Thats almost identical to mine, same interior. Great car to drive!

I already have a name planned for mine, not that i've even taken a driving lesson yet Think 'twin peaks' and it becomes obvious (only if you ever watched that awesome show, of course )

aw all i got for my 18th(today incidently) was a watch

 

for my 18th I got 3 strippers and alot off lap dances + a chrysler lebaron.

Nice min Emz, wish I could of had 1275 cooper at 18. I had to make do with a 998 min city E which was the same age as me! I then moved onto a mini mayfair 998 which was only slightly better. The last 2 cars I have owned are alot better, but nothing can beat a mini for pure fun driving! Enjoy
