This black hole picture should be a triumph of science and now its tainted with all this toxic garbage.
Sometimes I think we should just throw out the whole internet. This is why we can't have nice things.

Its quite saddening, shes done an amazing thing which she should be proud of. Seems to be the case either its trolled or just buried similar to Margaret Hamilton's code for the Apollo Space Program

So it survived the revolution, Napoleon and the Nazis, but nothing is ever prepared for a workman making a cock up. No doubt Mr Macron is putting budget aside to rebuild it as we speak, let's hope nobody gets hurt.

a real tragedy...it seems there are no victims, but a tragedy still..
50 acres of forest were necessary to make the woodframe
actually, people gifts collected for the rebuilding reaches 800 million Euros

One of the comments under a story about bacon, on the BBC News site:

    "I don't mind vegans but, I couldn't eat a whole one."

I'm having a crack at growing a bit of veg in pots, and it wasn't until I'd already ordered 1.5kg of fish, blood, and bonemeal to feed 'em that I realised my vegetables aren't going to be suitable for vegetarians...

Are vegetarians fussy on fertilise type, or is it only vegans?
If you hadn't posted that publicly, no one would have been the wiser :hehe:. What the eye don't see won't break the heart...

It does make me wonder how many shop-bought veggies aren't technically vegetarian - like, bonemeal is perfectly "organic" and wouldn't have to appear on any labelling...

Well, my mother who is very much a veggie, quite happily has been dousing plants in the stuff an likely will the veg, may have to point this out.
Oh an recently I made a huge cold frame for her, was told today its no good it gets too hot an shes lost a load of plants, I did put hinged lids on for a reason but, well apparently its too hard to work that out.

Like with some cheeses [rennet] or some booze [isinglass], i'd suspect a lot of people don't give it any thought until someone mentions it to them.
