Was I the only one expecting this PC to house a watercooled Titan X?

Feels like a name fail to me.

Specs are wrong. It's 6 physical and 12 logical cores. ;)

Actually it's a name success by leveraging nvidias titan brand to make you look and without actually using any titan graphics cards.

MSI have the same thing with one of their gaming laptops.

It's basically a scummy marketing technique. (Is there any other kind?)

But look a this the other way. You can always boast that you own a Titan. It doesn't have to be Titan X. Name is just enough. :)

For what it's worth, I think the Overclockers' "Titan" name for their pre-built systems actually pre-dates Nvidia's Titan GPUs: http://www.alphr.com/overclockers/o...1949/overclockers-titan-prodigy-arctic-review (9 Aug 2012)

I think the first Nvidia Titan was announced February 2013.
