Wow, really nice ram-cooler cover (if that's what you'd call it) - it being a similar shape to the hard drive thing makes it feel right at home.

Maybe I missed it, but why bother with the fillport? Surely it's no harder to hunt for the allen wrench to open the Aquatube than one for the fillport, and in my experience a T-setup is a lot harder to fill properly than something aquatube-style (because the air that's in the lines builds up and the water doesn't want to flow in)

This fillcap is for the second waterloop. The reservoir in this loop is the reservoir in the front, the one that is on its side. A T-setup isn't that difficult to fill.

I had to do something with the cables from the second PSU, this one

I will use an U-profile for it. The sleeving will have to be removed to be able to get all the wires through.

The wires that you see now, will all be covered by the aluminium profile.

Will you have that fan blowing or sucking the air through the radiator? I belive sucking through the radiator is the best way to do it..

but if you suck the air though the radiator
then the harddisks wont profit from the air
and come components in the power supply's stil like some air
so i say push from front to back

I made an acryic piece for the section that devides the lower and upper part of the case. I don't want to see a hole that isn't used for the hoses. I used a milk white acrylic. This looks better as green I found out.

I had to adapt the holes a bit to make it easier for the hoses to get through the holes.

Today I will mount the last pieces that will have to guide the hoses. Here are some. ( These will not be visible )

    the hard drives are watercooled....

starting to look a bit... full, and no hardware's even in yet, save the PSU and HDD racks! I forgot whether you said earlier, but are you going to have that mobo-cover piece chromed?

How does it look when you add a layer of green plexi on top of the milk white plexi? The white color looks a bit strange to me between all that green and metal.

Or what about a mirror-ish piece of plexi? I know this is kinda a trend... but damn it looks awesome. :D

It will be heavy, that I know. All the aluminium will be polished and will almost have the same look as chrome. Another layer of plexi is not possible, and I already tried it with green plexi and it just didn't look good. I kinda like the white, it looks "fresh". Mirror plexi is nice stuff, but I think with all the aluminium polished it would be to much. Today I want to install all the aluminium and acrylic parts for the last time, to see if I didn't miss anything.

I like the look of the white plexi it breaks it up into defined sections helps to keep your eye on the top or bottom with out looking at both, great idea.

I just wish I had so much patience, it's awesome I can't wait to see it finished, it would be great to see it in the flesh so to speak.

Keep it up Franklin I'm loving it.

yeah, the white piece kinda sticks out, but really prevents over-Orac3-ing it, so to speak (you know, green and chrome). I think I'd have to see it with all the hardware installed to make a final judgement about that piece, but it fits in well.

Just doing some small detail work at the moment. I hadn't finished the work on the acrylic part for the draining system yet, because I was waiting for the two fittings. Today they came in, so I started working on this piece again. The two sides are glued to the middle part. The sides will need some filing, but it will give a pretty good idea of what it will look like when its finished.

and here you can see the way the fittings are mounted.

Before I can start filing the edges I will have to wait for the glue to harden. I think I will wait 24 hours.

This part will be mounted at the bottom at the backside of the case. Here

When the system has to be drained I plug in a hosefitting with a piece of hose and turn open a valve.

    I mounted the flowmeterholder.

This will not be visible in the endresult because it is on the backside of the aluminium plating.
