I think you should find another door and replace the bottom with that one, and then put the W/C box at the bottom. If you understand what I mean
Top is more functional Bottom looks better. I voted top but I think it looks allot better on the bottom so change one vote to bottom. Good work btw, looks promising. I think I see a new trend. Get two identical cases and cut one and add it to the other. Works for me.
What if you took the thick top section of the chopped up CM case that holds the door and place that on top of the modded case, and then flip the gravestone upside down? With the added unit on top I think that would look awesome and add some much needed symetry.
Well i think i'll go 4 the bottumm... here the picture what was the inspiration for the case... the outside will be bordeaux red with chrome.. inside will be a suprise
made some photoshops to rplace the second tombstone with a part of the other door... the problem is that the door is verry thick.. i think i'll need a plasma cutter or something
why is one door a lot shorter than the other? I'd think it would look better than your current setup if they were the same size.
euhm.. because the underbox is shorter.. i'll think i cut the door and then fit the tombstone back so that the power button is gone.
Im thinking the 1/2 box on the bottom...Except the small panel that has the cooler mastr logo flip it over so the flat ends are together....Ill try and do a pic to show what im talking about.. edit: I suck at paint
Y,know the pics for your Shuttle mod thread are totally screwed up now. I hope you're using a better naming convention than simply "1.jpg, 2.jpg, 3.jpg, etc..".
I say have the smaller box on the bottom, but cut the top tombstone off (and the piece that supports it (base of case)). Then mod the removed tombstone onto the lowwer one so you are left with one large one.
This looks much better! Keep that tombstone too. I would rather see some sort of a graphic in the middle - that would be an excellent focal point, while the top and the bottom tombstones could complement your design with something matching. Besides, why would you want to keep the radiator cooking underneath of your computer instead of letting it breathe on top. Enough? I think so.
well since it is going 2 house 2 rads on both sides and a big heavvy reservoir i;ll stick with the bottom.. it has more pro's than cons 1: The case wont be top heavy 2: I think it looks better I'll try to plasma cut the original door to fit the plate where the second tomb stone is. so the second pwoerbutton will leave... i can see than what i like most with or with out the tombstone... Because i'm going to a lanparty this night i had 2 had a window so i cut one today at work.... its become a sort of wave thing.. AND NO IT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE THE WINDOWS FLAG PS i dont wear pink pants.. its the reflaction of the case
Great looking window. Its original and shows off alot in the case. I also think that the wc box will be much better at the bottom also. gl at the lan
when i cut the extra door in the right shape the middle powerbutton will begone.. look at the photoshop pic for a sample
