    Atleast they didnt actually go through with the 5mph speed limit some retard wanted to implement in some areas.

    Why bother, just pedestrianise the area.:duh:

    They have to adhere to the rules of the road when travelling inbetween stages and also when on recces if the stage is a public road...

    A few years back I gave Gwyndaf Evans a rather stern telling off for going 48mph whilst recceing for the Jim Clark.

    That would be rediculous, on most cars the speedo doesn't even start until 10mph. :nono:
