^^^ Its a 6" rotary table and yah, its very handy. :hip: It works by turning the top plate when you turn the handle. Here are the details.
Yep... I found 'em at WalMart in the Rubbermaid section... :worried:

    Manifold Madness... :hip:

These are a couple of black anodized manifolds from McMasterCarr - with 1/4" and 1/8" NPT threads... the small holes are milled to 7/16" here because their centers are in the wrong place for G-1/4 threads...

Then drilled to 15/32" and the side with "NPT" engraved in it is milled down to get rid of the letters...

Some 3/16" grooves are milled in with a ball end mill and the locations are centered with that cool little laser...

Using the face of the vise as a guide and lots of flipping and turning, the centers only had to be "shot" two times...

The flat space in back is where they'll mount to brackets later. All the holes are tapped to G-1/4". The corners were rounded by sticking an 1/8" round-over router bit in the mill and some careful sanding on the belt sander...

After a few rounds on the polisher... dang little buggers are hard to hold on to... but here they are with mounting screws that are too short...

1/2" barbs on the end, 3/8" coming out the side...

They'll mount on elevated brackets on either side of the mainboard, to feed coolant to and from the CPU cooler (it has four inlets and four outlets). :hip:

Been lurking around (before registering) Bit-tech forums for quite some time. I would certainly love to have something like that. Could you tell me what the name of that tool is called? Thanks. :dremel:

Loving the new pollished manifolds. 4 inlets and 4 outlets on a CPU cooler?!?!?!?! Holy shite in a hand basket.

    CPU Waterblock...

    scopEDog
designed and built ten very special CPU waterblocks. It has four (count 'em) G-1/4 inlets at the top and four G-1/4 outlets below. It uses a machined aluminum top cap, machined acrylic center, machined copper base and machined titanium hold-down brackets.

BaDassumption is one of the lucky 'puters to get one and she'll use two 5/16" ID lines in and two 5/16" ID lines out from the manifolds, with LED lit plugs on the other holes.
