Those look like extension ladder feet.

 

he need arises to create a bracket for the psu, the solution I had conceived earlier is not good, cutting the aluminum strips, fixing the lower part with rivets, the upper one can be disassembled with screws, this bracket is fixed in the case with rivets at the bottom, this means that the power supply can be removed easily.
