if performance is not dramatically better than their previous products it wont stand a chance against "proper" watercooling....
I would consider buying that if it proves to be capable enough. It looks like it would be less trouble to install than water cooling, you get the blocks and you never need to drain the system. If only someone would do a proper review so that we can see how well it cools, and how much noise it makes?
