Hi Mark We have checked our records and cannot find any purchase on this waterblock. neither can we find any record on the 20th of September with your name. If you could provide an order number we can look into it further but with the information you have given us we cannot find anything. With us not being able to find a record of purchase we would not send you the waterblock. I can only apologise for the inconvenience and promise to get it sorted if you can provide me with an order number.
