Here is the FFXI benchmark. http://www.playonline.com/ff11us/benchmark_02.html XP2000+, Radeon 9800np, 512 PC133 CAT 3.7. 3879 @ 640x480 3662 @ 1024x768 Looks to me to be quite CPU limited.
can i just ask a question? where does it display the score? i didnt really feel like watching it all the way through
XP 2500+ barton 9600 pro 512MB Corsair value ram (i know, i know) High (1024x768?): 4,867 Low(640x480?): 6,583
something (like my raedon 7200) tells me I shouldnt be able to run it. No problems tho... except carbon beat me by about 1000
H=3485 L=4200 2100XP - 512Mb Generic DDR333 - Asus A7V333 - Radeon 9600 Pro - Videologic Sonic Fury - 80Gb 7200 2Mb Maxtor DiamondMax. Wow! That looks sweet!
maybe ill re-try mine, i had my agp aperature size to 256mb for some reason and my gfx drivers have been crashing medieval: total war latley
yep it is odd and i cant be bothered to format again..ill just have to suffer with crap drivers and system crashes. [edit] my riva tuner settings were lost for some reason (good job i kept mine and herb's chat log ) but my not so much improved scores are low - 4020 high - 3157 [/edit]
i always thought that the aquamark benchmark was a general one, not for a game. maybe their will be a total club manger one or rome: total war !! but i doubt it
Yep AquaNox 2: Revelation is game. http://www.aquanox-revelation.com/e/index.htm The game demo has been out since very early August. http://www.avault.com/pcrl/demo_temp.asp?game=aquanox2 IT does seem that more games are including bechmark tools. In the past Quake, Quake 2, Quake 3, Unreal and MDK 2 all had benchmark modes so it is not really a new concept. Espessially as the graphics/games industrary are entering into new areas such as Pixel Shading and DX9 advanced effects then new benckmarks are quite usefull.
