    Great news! :D

    Gearbox are not all that bad, they recognised they are not suitable to make the game themselves. With members of original title behind this, it won't be that bad.

    Also looking forward to HD remakes :D hopefully on Steam.

    I really hope this doesn't go wrong. homeworld was the reason for me building my first PC at 15, and for buying my first 3d capable graphcis card a few months later.

    HD remakes would be plenty for me, the original still looked great quite a long time after it's release.

    Speaking of the Homeworld graphics- I demand someone acquire the rights to G Police and make the 3rd part of that series ( set on Mars after the rogue general escapes... ).
