I got a refund on my student loan, so I've bought myself an early Christmas present:

I've had it delivered to the folks' home, so I won't be touching it until this year's Christmas visit!

Signed copy of Ecko Burning by Danie Ware. Went to the launch yesterday.

If you like Science Fiction & Fantasy. All compiled into an intelligent read then go buy Ecko Rising first.

Danie Ware knows her science fiction and happens to be a pretty awesome lady too.

Looks like a good purchase in the end Tang, I'd love one myself to go with the pencil if they weren't so expensive.

you think yours is bad, mine was never neat at all...then years of skateboarding and self harm followed by 2 severe concussions have trashed my fine motor control in my hands.
I have even had to re-learn the guitar left handed as my right hand has better dexterity in the fingers

so yours will look positively neat in comparison

    either way, my recent stuff

Mine sometimes resembles something a spider would leave behind after falling into an inkwell.

Sad thing is, my teachers used to compliment me on my 'beautiful handwriting', and I was even into proper calligraphy with fountain pens & a selection of half a dozen nibs or so- would never use a biro under any circumstances as they felt horrid to write with ( sticky feeling, not lovely and flowing like ink ).

Fast forward a few (dozen) years and now I won't touch a fountain pen if you paid me- biros or nothing. Of course, there are so many 'art' pens out there that I easily found some very nice flowing ones that I'm happy to draw or write with, but my handwriting has gone to shite due to sheer lack of practice ( keyboards have ruined me... ).

Motogp 2013 and Redbull Rookies of Steam (will need to buy some sort of controller before I play, I think... Xbox 360 one maybe?)
The Crow on BluRay (since discovered it lacks the disk, due to antitheft measures in store, great service)

105 bucks towards a ball hockey league. My brothers friends put together a team for some 4 vs 4. I'm excited and nervous!
