Hey guys, I'm after a beanie, and although it's available in the UK it's not only extortionate, it's out of stock everywhere in the decent colours.

What I'd like is for a US member of these boards to act as a middle-man to get it over here, i.e. ship it to them from the store, then airmail it over here.

It's only $25+shipping, and I'll paypal anyone willing to sort it out for me. :thumb:

p.s. If this isn't allowed, bin this thread at will mods. :)

On this subject, I was once told (can't remember who) that its possible to set up a PO box address in the US for buying items from on line from retailers that don't ship outside the US and you can then forward it to the UK from there. Is this true and if so how would you go about it?

Of course I have seen some e-traders state in their T&C that they won't ship to PO boxes so I guess it might not be completely foolproof.

Unfortunately all those proxy-services are very expensive, and only really worth the effort for high-value, non-international items. :(
