Can you post some pictures of your new system pete? I liked what he did and I want to see a system with the MDCP-X sleeving.

Have Halfords started charging for delivery now for the 5Ltr bottle of deionised water?
In your Halfords link it now says home or work delivery from £4.99!

It was the free delivery that made it such a sweet buy:(

Oh no :( It was free when I bought it... Just shows the effect of the rising fuel prices...

Me either. I think it is good to see it with photos so that we can evaluate the new system. :D

Well, going by this and this the Xigmatek Elysium is released next week, so I'll be buying it then. Then all I'm waiting for is my pump top from Marsbarman :) Plus I have a couple of new additions to my build too, so it's not just a asthetic upgrade...

Wont be able to do any work till mid June though, as my little brothers getting married and my friends are coming to stay, damn social commitments :( So keep an eye out towards the end of June...

PS. One of my mates runs the Bristol Photo Soc, so there will be pretty pics :)

For a water cooling virgin, this thread is a good intro to the subject - still seems a bit scarey tho'!!!!

I was just about to order the below setup, and now I'm reading for days :duh:

by the way is the below combination fine or does it needs some fine tuning

I'd stay away from coloured coolants, just because they can react/go funny and for nastly sludge in your blocks, which can then harden into a solid lump...

And I'd personally go for something like a XSPC RX360 rad, just because 120mm fans are better than 140mm's (as far as I know). Either way you'll want to include a GPU block in that loop to max the cooling of that rad :)

    PS. Don't forget tubing :)

    Thanks a lot,

I didn't add a GPU block yet as I'm planning to change my 5850 CF setup soon, and don't wanted to go for the universal blocks.

Nah, not worth the effort :p

It's annoying, as i have all the other bits for my rebuild, I'm basically just waiting on the case. It was ment to be launched nearly a month ago too...
