I'm going to buy some thing for my Iron Revenge...


2 black satin spray (but in this mod i use one other color for the front panel
2 sheets of acrylic
2 packs of screws

now see my favorite screws



After this I going to get the measure to create the lateral panels (thee will only acrylic)


and the first is cut...

Can you see the little recess of the structure than the panels... then, i have do it to encase the acrylic sheet on it to have an homogeneous structure

ok, start with other up

now, i have get one other iron sheet!

There i'm going to install 2 80mm T.B Silence, an usb Hub and the power botton!
Start whit the allogement of the fan...





And you can see the future position of the hub! i'm going to do an hard work of file!


and this is the hub where i'm going to install!


after the other works i'm going to try the sheet on the top!




After i'm going to cut the 2 pieces signed!

ok, now i show you the top complete!

and the space to fix the fans...

now i show you the guide to fix the engraved sheet

Cut 2 pieces of angular...


With the silicon i fix the at the panels...


When it is dry I try the guide!

when i finish the guide i have cutted the panel for the 120mm fans on the front panels!

now i'm going to fix the power supply...
but i don't fix it whit the all chassis but i'm going to delete it and use only the pcb....

Cut a piece of iron sheet...


bended!


and there is its future space...


after i cut a piece of plywood and i have create the base of pcb...


paint it!


and this is the final result!




at the next up i show you the power supply pcb installed on it!
But this you can see tomorrow!

hey guys! other updeates!

Today i have create a panel for power sypply card!


on it i have installed the power connection and the switch to turn on/off the neon!

After this i'm going to paint it...


and now is installed on the back panel of the case...


And there are the holes to block the powers supply support...


installed (yes, when i'm going to assemble the case i change the card )




all closed! (sorry for bad photo )

 

now i'm going to fix the top!

i cut other angular and i fix they with the silicon...


when it is dry i can take off the clamps...


try it!


Perfect!


there is the interior...


now i'm going to to the holes on the top to fix it!


and.... i have cut the screws!


....

ok, we are a good point!

Before close i have do 2 holes at the mobo structure to pass the cables behind the mobo plate from the base (where is the accomodation of the power supply)


and next i do 2 other holes for 2 screws useful to block the base at the mobo structure....




ok guys.... for today that's all!

I'm going to paint all case pieces whit a satin black, but the front will paint whit a galvanizing spray

 

And after a long day of paint this is the result and all the component (without the hardware) that i'm going to install!
