I have a bust LED chip on one of my mech board PCBs. I'd like to get it reflowed to see if this fixes the short (or get the chip replaced). Does anyone know (or have) a place where I could get something like this done?

Pretty much any repair shop/ individual with hot air station should be able to do this, qfn is one of easiest smt packages to solder.

Do you happen to know anyone who'd be willing to do this? I have reached out to a few local console repair shops, but no response

I'm not in UK, so cant help you on that front.
My guess why you didn't get a reply - its not really worth their effort. Either go to some local repair place and ask/beg them to look at it or maybe there is a local hackerspace with required equipment and ppl willing to help?
