Looking around for a x99 motherboard to place my 5820k in. I'd like to stay around $250-350 (really like to stay around 300, but if needed I could probably do $350.) I would like to overclock, and my case has good airflow, will be reusing all my current parts, just replacing mobo+cpu/cooler+ram. Any recommendations would be appreciated Thanks guys!

It was the easiest thing ever to overclock too. I guess anything else depends on function, as the 5820k is not the most demanding power wise out of the X99 CPUs, nor will it usually overclock past 4.5ghz so you won't need huge power phases. The MSI is also one of the better looking X99 boards too, IMO. I certainly wouldn't spend $350 on a X99 board for a 5820k though it tends to defeat the purpose of the 5820k. As for the cooler? yeah that's about as good as air cooling gets. I tend to avoid them because it makes upgrading ram more difficult but that's about the only reason.
So far the best looking (spec/quality wise) ones i've found for the money are http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157600 - seems to have more power phases (I know not really needed as I won't be going too high OC, but supposedly helps power draw, and 12k caps instead of 10k). Never owned a Asrock board, any opinions on their RMA service/support? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130812 - same as above except for 12k caps. MSI X99A-SLI-Plus - 8 phase power, but around same price as the krait.
Yeah nothing really wrong with those. I really like Asrock boards myself 8 Phases should be fine for a 5820k. It's Haswell so uses very little power compared to say, a 3930k and you won't get much higher than 4.5ghz out of it IMO. So whilst 8 phases was a problem on X79 (because a 3930k @ 4.5ghz needed up to 1.4v) it's less of a problem on Haswell E because most of the time you won't want to go over 1.25v or so. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...57540&cm_re=asrock_x99-_-13-157-540-_-Product Is a great board also.
