I've recently upgraded my Acer Aspire V3-571G to Windows 10, and the scroll function of the touchpad no longer works. There is not a Windows 10 touchpad driver for this laptop available from the Acer website, but I've seen people with similar issues have success in resolving the problem.

I have tried downloading various different drivers and played around in control panel but I just can't get it to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated because if I can't get this fixed I'm going to have to roll back to Windows 7.

    Thanks in advance.

What driver is in use if you view it in Device Manager?

I had this (among other issues) when upgraded to W10. I had to manually find the correct synaptics driver and software for my Packard Bell laptop.

You'll need the software for yours, not just the driver to access the extra functions.

Remove and install the drivers again. :)
