    Saw this on Kotaku. This guy plays video game soundtracks on a freakin' carrot!

    There's others where he plays on broccoli, leeks, mangoes and all sorts.

    Well if you can get sound out of a bit of wood or sheeps intestines tied to some wood, why not a carrot?

    Nah it can be done, a large carrot is much like a very soft wood, carving it into the right shape is really impressive though. No idea how broccoli or leeks would work though, they're pretty soft as far as instrument material goes.
