Scratch Build – In Progress 1 of 3 Project :: DIY Aluminum CNC (Finish Lastest update 04/09/2013)

well its looks like all most done or more like half way

 

After test assembly X Axis ball screw then go to finish X Axis step motor mounting. I use stainless pipe.

For this one , it about 2,200$

For aluminum profile you need to find some local supplier it will cheaper than buy from international.

After assembly all component and machine close to finish , one thing i need to do before run machine and/or cutting something that was a dust shield for X Axis. Let’s see pictures.

this has to be one of the neater scratch CNC builds I have seen!! specially seeing as you didn't use any heavy machinery to make it

top class work on this, cant wait to see the first cut vids!!!

 

Thank you , and sorry for reply late. i"m very busy and got long holiday then i go back to see my family. Now my CNC was finish.
