every review of the 4890 ive read states the fan is very loud and it has put me off getting one untill yesterday when i decided to get one and at first i was a bit dissapointed as there was a clicking sound from the fan, the sound was like a bicycle wheel being spun so i contacted novatech who agreed to take the card back and on the way there i had pretty much decided to change it for a gtx275 but changed my mind to give the 4890 another go, well very happy to say the card they gave me has no funny clicking sound and as for the fan being loud it does not seem any difference to my old 4870 so good times and now on to overclocking
