Finally got around to fixing my pc (wife threatening to remove it from the living room to make space for baby things). All going well until i get to installing vista. Mouse and keyboard working fine in BIOS but when i get to the install screen for vista to simply pick language time etc neither work. Help! The wife threat is looming over me!!!
USB K/B & Mouse? Can you try the an old school beyboard with a PS/2 connector if your motherboard supprots it?
Really? My mx518 is connected through usb and works fine through the windows installation. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
it seems to vary from machine to machine, i think it depends on the usb controller on the board, some work straight away, some take a while
Could be, my mouse is slow of the slowest once i setup the drivers but during windows install its really fast. + keyboard should work surely, as they never need a driver. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
