When your monetisation model needs to come with its own instructions you've got something wrong.

Urgh, I could barely even understand that statement. Destiny was a dire game and I wouldn't expect this to be any better.

It will have to take more than that to win back the player base, for the time being I'll still play and wait to see what happens. I can't see myself playing for too much longer if nothing improves.

The next Division? Which itself was the next Destiny. Ooh, the irony...

I'm being pedantic but Bungie have been pulling this stunt all the way back to Halo 2. Every Halo game you had to keep the map packs up to date or the list of matchmaking queues you could join would get smaller and smaller. It's part of what sparked my love for Grifball, no matter how late you got the game Grifball was always all players accepted.

It's still nice to see that tolerance of this crap has fallen to the point that it triggers a backlash now.

Grifball remains my all-time favourite multiplayer game, of any type or genre. Absolute perfection.

It's good, but too slow for me. I still rate (and still play occasionally) GridIron for Q3A as my all-time favourite MP game.
