bit tech... i saw some great works around... but...if that does not suit you(some of them are like 10 layers of pain/primer), and linear's one doesn t suit you(don t know why you wouldn t like it) go for google too wit 'mirror finish paint job' or something like that
/me cries youve all got my brain in a knot deciding to go black or white if i did decide to go for a mirror finish black... the only thing i'd have to worry about is getting the front panels to match the rest of the case
Great stuff with the bondo work there. I vote for white, it could look really nice, while being somthing just a little different.
wwaa.... you pulll me one way then you pull me another i'm just going to go with what i originally wanted..... WHITE but i cant paint the side panels until i get my dremel p.s. thanks for the comments
Most great mods take planning, Goliath lived in my head for nearly a year before anything 'really' started. And yes, I'm a bit stalled ATM. Good stuff so far on this chieftec, I'll be watching closely!
wow that looks good.. I don't know why but it reminds me of some sort of super advanced alien race.. just the way its shaped... yea I know I'm retarted but great work so far.
thanks guys this was my first time using bondo... and i know i'll definatley try and use it some how in any cases i do in the future. it's great stuff p.s. i bought my dremel yesterday... i'm about to cut out my window now i'm a little worried though... the fan holes i cut out yesterday on a scrap piece of metel... well let's just say they didnt turn out so good
Be sure to mark off the areas you don't want cut out or scratched up with masking tape. It helps a lot , especially if you don't want to mess up the paint.
