Rumors are confirmed, I've been talking with european head of Enermax & Lepa PR (Benjamin Schäfer) and learned that due to high costs and obsolescence of the Enermax factories, they have been sold as they cannot compete with modern automated plants big OEMs like CWT or FSP Group have. I don't know to whom or for how much the have been sold. But Enermax will no longer be making their PSUs. They have kept RD and QC teams and will be still making their own platforms (or possibly adjusting OEMs platforms, but they usually are not much willing to do that), but not directly manufacturing them.

Sad times. Hopefully mine will last for many years to come. It's certainly not lacking in power at least!

Ah, shame, but still lots of choice in the market.

Well it's not they ended at all, they will just have their PSUs made elsewhere, as Corsair or others do.

There are very good PSU's had one for 8 years and it's still going strong, always comes out of it's box when the new PSU dies.

    Booo. :(

My first PSU, back in 2003. That particular 350W unit is still in regular use. :D

I'd reckon that they'd be buying from Leadex (Like EVGA and Superflower) or buying from Seasonic given their premium.

EVGA and Superflower seem to use them. So they're pretty good. Just a guess from me though.

That's a real shame. My 1350w MaxRevo is an absolute champ. :(
