    Evening all,

I was hoping to follow the bit-tech gaming enthusiast guide pretty much to the letter when building my new system:

    • 3.4GHz Intel Core i5-4670K
    • Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H
    • 16GB DDR3 1600MHZ
    • 128GB Sandisk Ultra Plus
    • 3.4GHz Intel Core i5-4670K
    • Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H
    • Cooler TBD (can't find SilverStone Argon AR01 on eBuyer)

The thing is I currently have this PSU, which is only 550w:

    I use it to power my current rig (2.8GHZ Intel Core 2 Quad Q9950, Asus P5Q-E, 4GB RAM) with a XFX 7950 3GB that I'll be re-using.

Is my current PSU capable of running the above upgrade? I'd hoped not to spend another £90-£100 on a new PSU if possible.

Any improvements/alternative components you could recommend?
