    Wait, perhaps I just don't understand how Google Reader works but does that really mean that the user would have no ability to choose what RSS feeds they want to follow?

    Not that different from StumbleUpon? Maybe could be cool, after a while. But probably mostly as a way to kill some sparetime. I like Goggle Reader though: Easy, although with room for improvments.
