    Wow, that's a blast from the past! Hewson were responsible for one of my favourite ever Spectrum games, Quazatron. Will be interesting to see what they come up with now.

    Wow, Quazatron, thats a game name I haven't heard for a very long time... Ranarama as well - they were two of my absolute fav 8 bit games. I guess I might wipe the dust fof my old Speccy emulator and fire up the Quaza.

    I believe I still have my C64 copies of Paradroid and Uridium lying around somewhere.

    That's a few thousand hours of my childhood right there. It always puzzled me why they released Paradroid and Uridium on the Wii, but never Gribbly's Day Out...

    First Spectrum game to include an animated loading screen, fact fans!

    EDIT: Ooh, controversial PM from davidm pointing out that Manic Miner flashed its title on the loading screen, which could count as 'animation' - albeit only two frames in length. Okay, first Spectrum game to include complex animation in the loading screen, then!
