Build Advice Motherboard Memory and CPU for under £325?

    Hi

    Somebuild advice needed please:

    I do not intend to overclock.
    Budget: £325 total

    Motherboard:
    1) Fits in Corsair 230T ATX case
    2) Need easy access to CMOS battery (eg not by PCI, PCI-E lanes, Processor etc)
    3) At least 1 x PCI-E, and 2 x PCI.
    4) Compatible with a NVIDIA 560GT-Ti (MSI Twin Frozr)
    5) At least 1 x VGA and 1 x DVI (onboard graphics required).
    6) Atl least 4 x SATAII ports. SATAIII preferable.
    7) Mobo Manufacturer: Any - open to suggestions

    Processor: Intel or AMD - no preference & open to advice.

    Memory: DDR3 or DDR4
