    Update.

Work on the new sides continues unceasingly, they require a lot of work.

Meanwhile, we see that from the MB side after bonding and finishing before painting.

NB. They are far from being over, there are many things and details missing.

The one on the other side is under construction.

    Stay tuned.

    We're always on the sides

Manual engraving of the pattern on the sides finished.

It was very difficult to draw them with the pencil very clearly, to achieve them I massacred my fingers and I hurt my arm that half is enough ...

They are prepared and ready for painting, only the backlight stencils for that on the MB side are missing.

When painted, the engravings.XD will be very good

    Stay tuned.

    Go on.

After engraving patterns on both bay covers, I made and assembled the last pieces of the 5.25 top bay cover.

    Stay tuned.

They will play more videos like this as I go.

    Good vision and ......

    Come on.

After creating the stencils, here is the first painting step of the flanks and the bottom plate.

I got the effect I wanted.

NB. Still the parts are all very rough and far from the final finish.

    Stay tuned.

And here are all finished parts.

After giving 3 coats of opaque transparent that say difficult to apply is to say a little, the parts have been finalized.

The effect is exactly what I wanted.

There are so many other great things to see in this worklog ......

    Stay tuned.

    Ok let's proceed.

After having cleaned the case (a big job), the final assembly is started.

    1) Assembly of the midplate behind the MB and relative support for the reservoir.

    2) LED assembly on the relative supports for the backlighting of the front.

    3) LED lighting test.

After ascertaining that everything was working, I continued with the final assembly of the front with the three Enermax TB Silence VR previously prepared and modified with the LEDs, all the relief parts, the ON / OFF and reset buttons. Later I mounted it on the case.

It's exactly how I wanted, it's very very bad.

    Stay tuned.

    Wiring and cable management.

You start to pull down some saint.

    An unnerving job.

I have to do the wiring first to prepare everything, and between prolongs, welds and sleeves there is something crazy.

I'll show you only these photos and you will save the torment on the most unnerving work in a mod.XD

Having said that I will also point out the additional LEDs mounted at the ends of the 2 sides and on the I / O panel of the MB that will have a pulsating effect and also wanting others.

Below 30 seconds of live video during the test.

    Stay tuned.

Here is the material for the cooling.

We start the assembly of the loop that we will see in the next photos.

In particular of the poweradjust panel you can see how I integrated 2 high brightness 3 mm LEDs for SSD / HDD operational signal.

So many things to see again.

    Stay tuned.

Here are the first pictures of the assembly of the loop.

I started with the most complicated part, the whole loop in the lower part that includes a 45 mm rad from 45 mm with relative fans and a rad from 240 always from 45 mm with its relative fans.

In the details you can see the assembly of the Aquacomputer High Flow flowmeter.

A fairly complex job given the tight spaces, and to fix everything carefully I had my work cut out.

    Stay tuned.

    Well let's continue.

As I go along with the assembly I leave you the photos of this gem, the vga customized backplates in a mod theme .

We will see their realization from concept to 3D render up to CNC machining.

In addition we will see the photos of the painting process up to the final assembly of the backplate with its 3D inserts in red plexy.

I also leave you 2 links to 2 videos.

In the first we see the CNC machining, in the second we will see the assembly tutorial on the cards

NB.The backplates are designed for active dissipation as you can see in the tutorial.

    Concept design by Y.Gabrielli Casemod.

CNC machining by Danilo Lettieri (CNC Modding).

    Stay tuned.
