Well I must say that first time I saw your post loooong time ago I thought that it was one of the most ugliest, haggard, "old school" cases I'v ever seen. But now !!! Seriously. It's a killer how you managed to turn that old beige case into that blck/silver sexy beast. Awsome modding and a great improvement. Really nice work. Hopefully we all will see the finished project in short. Can't really wait. So get to work and hurry up on finishing that case!
a great work! Saw it first finished at [H]ard forum and i ran through the worklog, it was interesting to see all the changes to reach the great final outcome.
I just read the whole thing , the final result is fantastic , i love the panel , reading the thing from start to finish in one sitting really shows u how the thing changed , its nothing like your first ideas , IMHO its way better very nice case
I thought this was going to be real dodgey when i was looking at this first page but its turned out real nice.. well done.
I looked at this ages ago and didnt relise you had finished it now! It looks great! Whats your next mod then?
Very nice job, great transformation there. That took alot of thought and alot of skill to do all that, keep up the good work.
Woohoo! The true modspirit! Changing something so damn completely. It even turned out better than your first sketches, and those weren't bad at all! Edit: woops, noticed this was finished like 6 months ago. A whathehell, bump for the people!
hiya i just have to say. That is one Kick Arse Mod Dude i am tempted to go out and buy a AT tower case now and spend a lot of time on it. Also dude like cheak out my project i need advice on a new front as well i punched my case by accident so i will need a perspex front like the one you have made but i will have to move the power buttons else were many thanks alex keep modding
I think this is a bit-tech forum bug. sometimes old treads just popup as a new posted post, I had the same problems.
I too have a PowerEdge (well I have two). Which do you have? I have a PowerEdge 2200, and a 4200. The 4200 is almost half a meter wide!
