    gratz on the nomination bill.

Any info on temps for the graphics cards due to the location of the power supply?

That is something we will analyze when we get to the installation portion of this. But, I think it is safe to say there is a possibility that it will affect the GPU some. Fortunately, the case has great airflow in general, so it may not be that bad.

I really doubt there's going to be a major difference in performance with the GPUs and the PSU oriented like that. The case is really friendly to airflow just by looking at the layout and specs, so I don't see there being any issues.

    Kick some aysh, Bill!

More updates on the way. We're painting the machined aluminum bullet thumbscrews to look more authentic.

The surface is first prepped, using red scotch brite pad to scuff the bare aluminum

Is that a "cribbage board" for thumbscrews?, drilling holes in a piece of wood, works great for holding thumbscrews for paint. The threads were taped off.

For maximum paint adhesion, we use SEM brand self etching primer for the base coat
    [IMG]

A couple coats of grey self etching primer

Oh, sweet. That's cool, Bill. I take it you're going for a weathered bullet look?

I do something similar with screws being painted with the 'peg board holes'; it's cool seeing others doing it!

Yes, and painting these is a must, it's all about those small details we all crave :D

Brad prefers to tape the bullet thumbscrews to paint stick

Paint entire bullet first copper color first, mask off the tip after cured, then paint the shell brass color.
