    Don't know what makes me want to heave more - the colour of the car, or the ostentatious display of opulence (assuming that it's gold-plated).

    Ha funny that, I saw that exact car almost exactly a year ago outside Harrods. To put the questions to rest, it is indeed vinyl wrap, when I saw it there were loads of bubbles around the vents and recessed areas. I reckon he's had it redone since then, does coincide with "the season" though:

    If I were a Copper, I'd wait for the owner and arrest them for affront to public decency, disturbance of the peace, obstruction and an insufferable lack of class.

    Then I'd confiscate that hideous thing to a body shop for a mandatory respray to Black, Red or Yellow. No other colour of Ferrari is allowed, unless your name is Surtees or Bandini, then you are allowed to paint it blue.
