What are these things and where does one procure them? Basically I bought a fan controller ages and ages ago and threw them away. I stupidly thought it would work without them. However, if I connect up a fan and change the speed nothing happens, so I have a feeling I need them after all. Any idea what they are and where to get them?

That would actually go straight on. Shame about the price though ! four of those will cost more than I paid for the whole thing lol. Cheers, I might just order the one and see how it goes. The controller may actually be busted.
