    Intel chipset.

Gigabyte DS3R or Asus P5K-E or Abit IP5k.

Are you going to be SLI-ing or CrossFire-ing? What's your budget?

Without that info I'd recommend a P35 chipset mobo, Gigabyte or Abit depending on what you require of the mobo.

I'll put a third vote in for the Asus P5K-E.

Any decent P35 according to required features, budget etc.
My personal preference is abit but all the major mobo mfrs mobos should be fine.

for Abit, go for Abit iP35 Pro. i have it totally rocks, q6600 taken to 3.9Ghz and back (my RAM isn't good enough for 4Ghz), whole system rock solid at 3.6Ghz (but temperature goes to 75c).

i thought you wanted an Abit motherboard so i suggested iP35 Pro

just a thought, how much are you looking to spend on a motherboard? would you mind a second hand?
