Oh and btw. I was re-reading your log and i noticed you had posted something about a crimping tool for sleeving cables. What i found was really easy was using sewing needles and safety pins to push the metal tabs in to release the cable.

Hurts the fingers but it does work quite well if you aren't inclined to pay money for a metal tube with squares at the end.

thnx but the crimping tool i was talking about isn't to undo pin but actually to make pins on wires :p
and the colour difference is kinda bigger in real life O_O but i can live with it, i aren't able to buy 4 more Fractal Design fans since they are like €10 a piece.. =/

the fans are really quiet and come nicely packaged, also they include 4 screws + 4 rubber plugs

sadly nexus includes purple plugs which look kinda awfull.. if only i'd be able to get more of those fractal plugs.. ( i know they sell them but most online stores you'll need to have like worth of €20+ before the sending = free.. and i don't think those plugs are that expensive so i'll need to pay alot for them..... aka a NO GO for me..:waah:

and i don't want to beg Fractal Design if they can send me a few of those plugs :S:nono::nono:

so i get i'll get a black marker n try to get those pruple plugs into black ones.. sigh lol:wallbash::wallbash:

nothing from Highflow yet, i ordered some T molex and sata connectors.. ( 10 in total) but nothing came yet.. since i wasn't going to pay like 7-8 euro to send them i went for the envelope way.. which costs 2-3 euro ish.. but has a risk that they can't really know what happend witht he package ( envelope)...

basicly after 3-4 days nothing is here yet.. so i hope it'll come tomorrow.. if not i'll have to email the boss of the shop and then maybe we can set something up..

stuck right now with the mod, due to not having my connectors, once i have them i can start to sleeve everything, and put it all together

    sigh... holdbacks..

Well you could always start to sleeve it anyway and just leave it hangin around until the connectors come. :thumb:

Oh gotcha. And it would be a pain in the a** if you had to take off the connectors to sleeve it, then put them back on, then take them off again, then put the new ones on...

How did you convince Fractal Designs to send you those fans anyway?

well i was going around some sites and saw fractal design had some lovely fans which would be perfect
under the contact on their site there also is "sponsorship" so i was like.. ok , why not, i'll give it a go.

i basicly said that i was doing a casemod and that the mod will be black/white themed,
since the fractal fans are black n white i think they'd fit in nicely , so i asked them if they could sponsor me

i got asked for a link to older mods of mine, but this is my first, which i told jenny.

told jenny (person i've been talking to from the start and always has helped me)
that i would post a log on bit tech and tweakers.net (dutch site), i'd put up a sponsor banner and i'd make a review about the fans on tweakers, and that i go to lan party's

to be honest i was expecting a "no thank you" since it's my first mod and cause i was asked about a link from an older mod i was like. "now i'm doomed"

but i have to thank Jenny + Fractal Design :thumb::D:)
