Hi everybody! My sponsors: Today I started my next project, which gave the name ROG line, of course thanks to my sponsor. The components used: Corsair Air 240 white case. Asus Maximus VII Impact Intel i7 4790K Asus GTX 970 OC Mini Corsair Dominator Bitfenix Fury 750G The first step in the transformation of the front cover. Installation of the cut-out grille. The top panel modification. My idea!
Today I continued my work with PCI-E video card riser cable connection fixture. To do so, 10x10 mm aluminum profile and plate were used.
Thanks guys! Today the exterior decorative elements made it. The materials of 2-3 mm plexiglass . Double-sided adhesive tape
You must of had fun filing acrylic by hand, I've done it. 1/10 would not do again, but will probably have to do again.
Thanks mans! The Dremel Saw machine easy to work with. Newly arrived water blocks installed the asus maximus VII Impact motherboard.
Wouldn't a blowtorch simplify the edge-dressing process on those cut edges to smooth them down easily? Not sure how acrylic behaves under heat but when I was working on polycarbonate (for supermarket fridges) we used to have a little blowtorch that would melt the CNC routed edges and make them lovely and shiny in seconds!
Today they finished the inside panels and a test of the system are built up. The top panel cutout grid.
