    Today I continued my work with PCI-E video card riser cable connection fixture.

    To do so, 10x10 mm aluminum profile and plate were used.

    You must of had fun filing acrylic by hand, I've done it. 1/10 would not do again, but will probably have to do again.

    Thats looking very nice. I really like the layered effect on the logos and the case... Nice work.

    Wouldn't a blowtorch simplify the edge-dressing process on those cut edges to smooth them down easily? Not sure how acrylic behaves under heat but when I was working on polycarbonate (for supermarket fridges) we used to have a little blowtorch that would melt the CNC routed edges and make them lovely and shiny in seconds!
