Other Coil whine, laggy software and poor benchmark scores on new custom build! HELP!

I have just built my new Workstation and I'm experiencing several problems. I'm getting a lag in Premiere Pro, high pitched buzzing noises coming from all over my case and very poor results when benchmarking. See below for scores.

Have you installed all the motherboard drivers as well as component ones?

Are the buzzing noise electrical or physical e.g. resonance?

Edit: I've just seen the video. I can't hear the noises but one other thing occurs to me. If the thermal paste hasn't been applied correctly the CPU could throttle. What sort of temperatures are you getting under load? If you use RealTemp it will indicate whether throttling is occurring in 'Thermal Status'.

 

Realbench and some other benchmarks can give some odd results on a 6core. I've noticed that with mine, in some tests the load per core is so low it doesn't even come out of idle clock speed and runs the whole test happily at 1.5gHz. Go in uefi and disable speedstep C states so it can't underclock itself on the fly, it will give you better result.

As far as noise... I would suspect it's the HDD first creating vibrations. WD blacks spin hard and can make a racket. Disconnect power to them and see if the noise goes away. If not I would disconnect all but the cpu fan so it's as quiet as possible and easier to pinpoint which component if it is coil whine.

 

I think my GPU is throttling. Interesting progress. When I run furmark to test my GPU, my GPU load is 0%-4% for ages, leaving me with a black screen and then a stuttery image, eventually the GPU load kicks in and furmark runs smoothly.

Also, Premiere Pro now says that Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (CUDA) is NO LONGER supported. When previously it was recognising my graphics card.
