    I wish someone would pay me loads of money to take over their business, seems like a win-win for
    GlobalFoundries.

    You's have to pay me A LOT to take over any company running at a loss!

    I guess so, any idea how much of a loss it was running at?

    Even so for IBM to go from asking for $2 billion for the facilities just over a year ago to this agreement does seem like a good deal for GlobalFoundries.
