Haha. That's ****ing great. Someone else did a similar case, except they stuck everything into her torso, except the HDD went in her head or soemthing. I forget. Yeah, mostly, although I think there's a few different ways, foam, rubber, etc. Although silicone can create a more "life-like" feel. The breasts are done usually with normal breast implant packs (salene gel or soemthing isn't it ?) and those real hair bit syou can get now for hair extensions, except, it's the entire head of hair. And any other place as well
