Reviews Into the Breach Review

I've been playing quite a bit, and early on it is brutal. I've found having a custom set of Mechs to be the most useful, but one of the tactics I've resorted to occasionally is blocking the Vek from spawning with 1 or more of the Mechs and just healing each turn to run the turn timer down! It's a tactic that's managed to save me on more than one battle where I thought all hope of a win had been lost! It's not an easy win though and still takes planning to pull off effectively.

Overall it's one of the best games I've played so far this year!

 

I've had this on my Steam watch list for a while now, because Subset made it, and because I adore FTL.

Thankfully, I've just finished episode two of The Long Dark, and I have a little time for something new while they get around to releasing episode three. This will fit the bill quite well, I think.
