Nice, but i think so acrylic is not practical to use in portable operations because scratches and everything else could happen. And you could put better connector for input that bananas looks crazy in this thing i suggest you 6.3mm jack with glowing red border :pP that would look delicious ;)

True. This is mainly done for the looks and as a hobby, not sure if it will be ever used :D I have more practical ghettoblaster models which are designed practicality in mind. I might change the banana connectors though. They were the most durable connectors I had in my storage at the moment. I hate rca and 3,5mm plugs! :] 6,5mm might work thanks for the tip.

Here's all whats needed for line level 6db/oct @ 70hz high pass filter. At the moment I placed the filter inside the line in cable but I'll move it into the blaster at the same time I'll add voltage meters and new connectors.

Two possible placements for the voltage meters. First version has the glowin line input. Second version has yet unsolved input placement.

I prefer v2. The first one sort of ruins the sleek lines.

I'll probably need to hate you to death if you make the v1 bulge.

Also an XLR connector might work.

Jealous much!! I don't want one....I NEED ONE!!! Seriously cool work there. :D

P.S. With it having rather alot of bass power may i recommend testin with 'The Perfect Drug' by Nine Inch Nails. I appreciate not everyone's music tastes are thhe same and this, of course, may not be to yours but it does have some freakishly powerful subtones thrown in and will give you a real test of how i copes with the bottom end of the Hz spectrum. Just a thought :)

    Thanks for the opinions!

Casualties of the first day in use. Epoxy failed. Replacing with contact glue.

Contact adhesive is great stuff, a very strong bond, I found it works better than epoxy for large areas.

Much love on the speakers, and yes contact adhesive glue works wonders.

Btw, sent you a PM, would be nice if you could answer my questions :)

This has been in use for years now and I finally managed to make a really really compact "log" with 2 gif's. In the end I didn't add any voltage displays.
