compositionally I think it could be a bit better. The fence behind really takes away the focus because its so obvious. it leads the eye to the sides, making you feel very constrained. IMO it would have been better if you had the fence leading into the horizon (more diagonal), which would free up the picture a bit more. So the eye goes to the penguins and then to infinity, if you know what I mean.
